  • http://www.llttf.com -- a website funded by NHS Scotland and put together by a psychiatrist with a cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) approach. It offers short helpful modules and practical worksheets that help in managing anxieties.

  • http://www.blackdoginstitute.org.au/index.cfm -- a not-for-profit organization based in Australia with several short and useful modules of information on depression and bipolar disorder

It is open from 9am to 6pm from 15 May to 31 July and from 15 December to 31 December.
